Transforming spaces into living atmospheres

Amsterdam-based creative studio crafting custom scenography, light art, and immersive performance environments across Europe.

About the Studio

Founded nearly a decade ago as an underground creative collective, Valparaìso Experiences grew out of a shared passion for spatial transformation, kinetic light, and human connection. Over the last 10 years, we have evolved from a passionate crew of artists into a full-service creative engine.

Today, our studio specializes in artistic vision, light technology, and spatial design, creating custom stage environments, light sculptures, and multidisciplinary performance spaces for festivals, corporate events, and private gatherings.

Our Vision

We want to reshape how people experience physical space through the art of light, scenography, and shared human atmosphere.

We believe that a truly great space is felt with multiple senses. Our vision is to blur the line between physical structures and dreamlike worlds, transforming venues into unforgettable visual and sensory environments across Europe.

Our Values

Atmosphere Above All

Light and structure are more than design elements; they are emotional triggers. We prioritize how a space feels when people step inside—sculpting dynamic atmospheres that alter energy, inspire wonder, and bring people together in the moment.

Rooted in Collaboration

Born from a decade-long collective history in Amsterdam, our studio thrives on shared creative flow. We don't just supply installations; we co-create with event directors, curators, musicians, and performers to build environments tailored specifically to their story.

Scalable Craftsmanship

No two spaces are identical. From intimate private gatherings to multi-stage festival grounds, we bring the same level of custom craftsmanship, technical care, and artistic dedication to projects of every scale.

Frequently asked questions

A few practical notes if you are considering working with the studio.

Both. Some pieces can travel and be installed as they are. We also design and build for a specific room, ceremony, or production.

Festivals and stages, ceremonies and weddings, brand environments, film sets, and other indoor or outdoor sites. If the space can hold a structure and light, we can look at it.

Date, location, indoor or outdoor, a sense of scale, and a few words on the atmosphere you want. Photos or a plan of the venue help.

Yes. Design, fabrication, on-site setup, and strike are part of how we work. We bring technicians as the project needs them.

As soon as the date is real. Custom builds need more time than hiring an existing piece. If the date is close, write anyway. We will say quickly whether it is possible.

Amsterdam. We work across Europe.
